28th February Why did Jesus die? Jackie Metcalfe

7th March How can I have faith? David Chamberlin

Weekly Reflections

So we can also focus on the Lent themes as set out in the Lectionary, David will be offering a recorded weekly reflection based on these, as follows:

Week 2 (1/3/21): The way of the cross

Week 3 (8/3/21): Destroy this temple…

Week 4 (15/3/21): For God so loved…

Week 5 (22/3/21): The hour has come

Week 6 (29/3/21): Hosanna!

Lego Lent Challenge

Written by Church Office on .

The lego Lent challenge is a 3 week challenge created by Naomi Elliott. The challenge runs from Monday 15th March until Saturday April 3rd (the day before Easter Sunday). Each day (except Sundays) there will be a new build challenge here on the website and also on our Facebook page. Each challenge has an accompanying description linking the challenge to the story of Holy Week. We would love you to share pictures of your lego builds on our Facebook page and can't wait to see what you make!

Day of Prayer - Thursday 4th February

Written by Webmaster on .

The Archbishops have asked everyone to pray for our nation at this sad and challenging time. The staff team felt that a day of prayer would be a good way to do this, and that we should include our village and the NHS. On the day (Thursday 4th February) we will have early morning prayer at 7-7.30am, midday prayer at 12-12.30pm and evening prayer at 6-6.30pm. All three sessions will be on Zoom, ID 864 4094 7369, passcode 956782. Other prayer resources are available here

Let's come together to seek God's healing, guidance and blessing.

Find your way around!
