We are seeking an enthusiastic and experienced Youth Worker:

• to build on the excellent work of previous employees and respond spontaneously to opportunities to draw young people into the life of the church in a fun, creative and passionate manner
• to develop and deliver a strategic vision for youth ministry and discipleship for 11-18-year-olds at All Saints', Milton.
• to welcome, enable and recognise the value of everyone and the unique gifts they bring to God's kingdom.
• to develop and foster collaborative working with church youth work in local villages and other youth work provision.

You will have a vibrant and active Christian faith, and be a person of both prayer and action who is able to share their faith with all.

The church will be open from 10am-5pm Monday and 11am-5pm Tuesday for those who need somewhere cool to sit during the heatwave.
