This page is for registering your children for all groups at All Saints Church in Milton.
All Saints uses a secure software package called ChurchSuite to manage the contact details and enable registration at the groups.
To register your child, please fill out all of the fields below. We need answers to all fields for completeness, if a section is not relevant simply add N/A. If you need help or have questions please ask one of the group leaders for help. Please add details of any medical or special needs we should be aware of in the 'Medical' field.
The first section 'My Details' is for the child's parent/carer information, once filled out, click on the '+Add Child' button which will show a form for each child - to register multiple children just click +Add Child again to repeat the process.
If you are a childminder bringing children please fill out the parent/carers contact information in the 'Emergency Contact' section for each child.
In the 'Communication' section this is your consent for us to update you about the group you are attending, we don't send marketing emails or share information. We would love to keep you informed with all that happens at All Saints, and there is an opportunity to sign up to receive that mailing, just tick the box by 'Weekly Mailing'. You can unsubscribe at any time.

The information we hold about you in ChurchSuite is protected, and only Church & group leaders and administrators can see your details. ChurchSuite uses UK based datacentres, with information encrypted at rest. You can find more information here, along with their privacy policy.
