We are now starting to use ChurchSuite to manage Rota's for the services and other activities.

How do Rota's work?
In your Churchsuite app, or logged into your PC, there is a menu on the left side. Select 'My Rotas' and you should see three tabs as shown below.
Next Serving tab
This is a calendar like view of Rota slots you have already signed up for. If you are in a family you can also see family members rota slots, selectable from the drop down list.
Rota items also have an "Accept" or "Decline" buttons - it is not necessary to accept a rota slot that you signed up for but it it helpful for the organiser. Decline can be used if you are no longer able to serve, but please contact the rota organiser or the office directly, particularly if short notice.
If you are in a family you can also see family members rota slots, selectable from the drop down list.
Rotas tab
Initially this is a list of rota roles / ministries. As you can see above some special events have special roles / ministries , and these appear separately.
Click on each role, and you will see the rota for that role in calendar form. At the bottom of each entry is a '+ Sign Up' button. Click on this and and a confirmation window will open, accept this and your now signed up. Repeat for any further days.
Check back frequently as new rota roles / ministries will be added regularly.
It's fine for more people than are strictly required to sign up, and helps if anyone needs to drop out.
Once you have signed up, you can cancel if required or 'swap' if you have agreed a swap with someone.

Ministries/Roles include, Bible readers (8am & 10:30am services), Communion Plate assistants (8am & 10:30am services), Intercessions, Refreshments, Sidespersons/Welcomers, Sound & Screen, Junior Church helpers, Youth helpers.
Confirm your happy with your privacy settings
- Now is a good time to check you are happy with your privacy settings, as the rota now uses these.

How do I get the app?
The ChurchSuite app is available to download for free.You do need an ChurchSuite account with All Saints Milton first. iOS (Apple) and Android apps are available here. The app is not necessary though, everything can be done via a normal web browser and the link above.
I'm not seeing all emails?
Sometimes over agressive email filtering by ISP's or your settings can cause mail to be delivered to your spam folder or not shown. Unfortunately there's not much we can do from our side, email filter policies are generally set at the user end. Emails from ChurchSuite will come from these domains, so setting your email software to trust emails from these addresses/domains will help:
