Every few years we have to completely renew our Electoral Roll and 2025 is one of those years. To be on the Electoral roll you need to be over 16 years old (or about to turn 16) be baptised, live in the Parish or worship with us at All Saints.
Being on the Roll enables you to vote at the upcoming APCM, and is also one of the statistics the Church of England report on as an indicator of a healthy church, so we would encourage everyone to join. It also does not affect the amount All Saints pays, so no concern there!
The form is available here. Please sign & return to the office by April 1st 2025. Any questions please

This meeting is required to be held under the rules of the Anglican Church and must take place before the 31st May of each year (ours is planned for May 11th 2025). The meeting can be attended by anyone who lives in the Parish or is active within the Church e.g. on the electoral role. The Meeting presents reports summarising the activities from the different sections operating within the church including a Financial Report for 2024. In addition, the meeting elects, when required, new members to the Parochial Church Council (PCC), the Deanery Synod and certain church roles e.g. Church Warden. Only persons on the Electoral Role can vote in these elections
- Does the Electoral Role affect the amount of money the Church pays to the Diocese? No, the size of the electoral role has no bearing on the Annual Tithe, All Saints pays to the Diocese
