EcoChurch

Ecochurch is A Rocha UK’s award scheme for churches in England and Wales who want to demonstrate that the gospel is good news for God’s earth. Bishop Usher, the Anglican lead bishop for climate and the environment in a recent talk encouraged churches to take part in the scheme, not as an end in itself but, as a focus. At All Saints we started the process in 2020 registering the church and starting the survey which is in five parts: Worship and Teaching, Buildings, Land, Community and Global Engagement, and Lifestyle. Since then a small team has been looking at what the church is doing in these areas and in May 2022 achieved the standard for the Ecochurch Bronze Award, followed by the Silver Award in December 2024

 Charlotte Cane MP at All Saints, Milton - The member of Parliament for Ely and East Cambridgeshire, Charlotte Cane, was the guest speaker at All Saints Church here in Milton on Saturday 18^th January. She gave a talk on “The Climate and Nature Bill”
